Description

Face : Uncoated paper made from pure natureal ECF pulp, cream, with a soft-touch felt marked texture surface and ULTRA WS treatment. FSC Certified.

Adhesive : Water-based permanent acrylic adhesive. Good adhesion to wet surfaces at low temperatures. Especially designed for glass containers, with excellent resistance to immersion in water/ice.

Liner : One side siliconised clear polyester film.

Printing TechnologySuitable for printing in Flexography, Offset, Screen and hot-foil. Testing for suitability between media, printers and inks is always recommended prior to use.

Additional informationThe ultra WS treatment of the face material avoids the creases formation and reduces the water absortion on the face surface. For small diameters applications pre-test are recommended. We recommend the reels to be wound with the face side out. The test of resistance to immersion in water-ice is carried out by sticking a blank(unprinted) label on a standard glass bottle. Five days after the label is stuck on, it si submerged in an ice bucket containing icy water for a minimum period of 4 hours and its resistance to immersion is checked. The test can be consider successful, if the label does not separate itself from the bottle without external action.

Shelf life2 years, under storage conditions as defined by FINAT section 2.5 (20-25°C, 40-50% RH). Prolonged storage at higher temperatures and/or humidity levels will shorten the shelf life of the product.
