Face : Gloss silver metallized top coated polypropylene.
Adhesive : Acrylic permanent water based adhesive. Specially developed for synthetic face materials due to its excellent clarity when combined with PET release liner and improved water whitening resistance. Good adhesion to polar and non-polar surfaces.
Liner : One side siliconised clear polyester film.

ApplicationsIndicated for the labelling of products where a good affinity of the adhesive on the backing of the face material is needed. Due to the wide variety of application surfaces the product must be tested thoroughly before approval.

Printing TechnologySuitable for printing in Flexography, Offset, Screen, hot-foil and Thermal Transfer. Testing for suitability between media, printers and inks is always recommended prior to use.
Additional informationNot recommended for fan-folding applications.
The polyester liner allows excellent dispensing in high speed lines and avoiding web breaks.
Shelf life2 years, under storage conditions as defined by FINAT section 2.5 (20-25°C, 40-50% RH). Prolonged storage at higher temperatures and/or humidity levels will shorten the shelf life of the product.
